At the heart of Beth’s work is the belief that positive change occurs in the context of trust, safety, and collaboration. Beth strives to empower young people to grow in emotional insight, resilience, and confidence through an evidence-based, client-centred, and neurodiverse- affirming approach.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology, and a Master of Education and Developmental Psychology (in progress). She has extensive experience supporting people across the lifespan, through various stages of development. This includes children and adolescents with complex psychosocial, behavioural, and developmental needs. Beth approaches each young person with sensitivity, flexibility, and compassion. She believes in the importance of working closely with families, educators, and wider support networks to support young people to flourish.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys cooking, listening to music, singing, and knitting. She also enjoys training at the gym and spending time with family and friends.
