Ellie
Psychologist
Ellie is a warm and empathetic Provisional Psychologist with a natural ability to listen attentively and without judgment. She is committed to understanding each client’s unique perspective and supporting them to build insight, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful personal goals.

Ellie draws on evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT to support individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and ASD. Her work focuses on helping clients develop practical skills for emotional regulation, daily functioning, and improving overall well-being.

Fluent in English and Farsi, Ellie is passionate about working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her PhD research explored the meaning of silence across different cultural groups, which has deepened her understanding of how culture shapes communication, emotional expression, and therapeutic relationships. This perspective supports her in providing culturally responsive care and in helping individuals and families adjust to new environments.

Ellie brings over eight years of professional experience overseas and is currently completing her provisional psychologist training under a board-approved supervision program, practising in line with AHPRA’s ethical, professional, and reflective standards.
