Speech Pathology Team

Niamh is a highly experienced Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, having graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2013. Niamh has 9 years of clinical experience working with infants and children with speech, language, and communication needs in a range of settings, delivering therapy on a 1:1 basis and within group programmes. Niamh specialises in early intervention/language development and has completed postgraduate training in many areas, including Hanen Learning Language and Loving It, Makaton (signing with babies), and Intensive Interaction.

Niamh has extensive experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, speech sound difficulties and expressive and receptive language difficulties. She enjoys developing and designing interventions that suit each client's individuality and take personal interests into account. She is passionate about working with children to achieve their communication goals in a fun and interactive way, whilst supporting parents and other key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
