Occupational Therapy Team

Maddie is an enthusiastic, patient, and creative Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for working in paediatrics. Having recently moved to Brisbane from New Zealand after completing her studies in Otago, she values building meaningful connections with children and their families and takes a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy.

Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming principles, with a strong focus on creating safe, supportive spaces and honouring each child’s unique way of experiencing and interacting with the world. Maddie finds it especially rewarding to see children succeed in ways that are meaningful to them and enjoys celebrating every step of their progress.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time at the beach, staying active through CrossFit, catching up with friends and family, and embracing opportunities to try new things.
