Occupational Therapy Team

Maddie is an enthusiastic, patient, and creative Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for working in paediatrics, having rrecently moved to Brisbane from New Zealand after completing her studies in Otago.

 

She values building meaningful connections with children and their families, and takes a collaborative, client-centred approach.

 

Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming principles, with a strong focus on creating safe, supportive spaces and honouring each child's individual way of experiencing and interacting with the world.

 

She finds it rewarding to see children succeed in ways that are meaningful to them, and loves celebrating every step of their progress.

 

Outside of work, Maddie loves being at the beach, staying active with CrossFit, spending time with friends and family, and always trying new things.
